When you purchase our Services, Paddle will be the seller of record, and Paddle’s terms and conditions will apply to your purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of Paddle. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges associated with your purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and courses, is the property of TheBrainCrew.fun or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, or any content on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
7.1. Third-Party Licensed Assets
The visual assets and media elements embedded within the course content (videos, interactive elements, and PDFs) have been sourced under valid, paid commercial licenses from third-party providers.
These providers include, but are not limited to, Canva Pro, Freepik Premium, Cartoon Animator, CreateStudio, Producer.ai and other specialized producer software. These commercial licenses fully authorize TheBrainCrew.fun to use, display, and monetize this content as part of the Services.
No further attribution or separate licensing is required for the End-User of this platform.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Services.

By purchasing and immediately accessing our digital products or services (e.g., by downloading a file, accessing a video link, or engaging with an interactive activity), you expressly acknowledge and agree that the performance of the service begins immediately upon completion of your purchase.
You understand and formally consent that, due to the immediate access and digital nature of the content provided, you are hereby waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws for digital content that has begun to be performed.
This waiver is deemed accepted and confirmed when you complete your purchase, specifically by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy prior to payment. In such cases, no refund will be eligible unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy due to technical failure or other specific conditions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Moroccan laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
16. Termination of Services and Website Closure
TheBrainCrew.fun reserves the right to terminate its services and/or close the website (thebraincrew.fun) at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable prior notice to active customers whenever possible.
In the event of such termination or closure:
- For Digital Video Content (e.g., YouTube video links): If the video content was a part of the purchased service and remains publicly available, an active link to the video content will be sent directly to the customer’s registered email address, allowing continued access to the content.
- For PDF Files: The PDF file (if part of the purchased service) will be sent directly to the customer’s registered email address, allowing them to retain the content.
- For Interactive Activities: As activities require an active platform for execution, and direct offline access is generally not feasible for users, TheBrainCrew.fun will assess two scenarios:
- If the activities have been demonstrably consumed or completed by the customer prior to the closure (based on our internal tracking or reasonable assessment), no further transfer or refund will be provided for these specific elements.
- If the activities have not been fully consumed or completed, TheBrainCrew.fun will endeavor to transmit equivalent access via another free platform if technically feasible. Failing that, TheBrainCrew.fun will consider a partial refund for the value attributed to these interactive elements, based on the portion of unconsumed access and the initial purchase price. The specific resolution will be communicated to affected customers.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
